Email is an extremely efficient way to communicate with people. Not only you can send email instantly, but you can also share files with them. Remember that getting a respond depends on the other person and how long they take to answer. Emails are used to communicate because they are much faster snail mail and most of them are free to use.
	Power Point is used to make a presentation and presenting it to people which allow them to understand the key message of what presenter mean. Adding slide show or transitions makes presentation more appealing to the audience.	PowerPoint is pretty fast when it comes to communication but you have to remember that to use it the people you're presenting to have to be there. That means that you need to have an audience to present to. You can send your presentation through email but it will be unprofessional and not good.

But snail mail is not all that dead, it's still used to send parcels, packages and work documents.

Instant messaging is a good way to talk with friends and family. It's free, very fast and you can communicate in many ways. Using instant messaging services you can voice or video call with people or just chat by typing. Whenever you type and send the message, if the other person is online, they will get your message instantly. Instant messaging is almost like talking face to face because it's fast and free.
	Internet websites through some websites like twitter or face book communicate with others just like instant messaging services, but with difference of that some of them allow user to send files or even make short video messages. Some of them can be used to represent data about companies like earnings through year comparing to other.	The WWW is full of helpful websites that are made for talking. Facebook.com is one of them, through Facebook you can easily talk and share files, similar to the instant messaging service but instead, it happens in your browsers rather than a program. Some websites are made just to talk with strangers, such as Omegle or online chat rooms. They're fast and good to communicate with but some users might have the wrong attitude and be mean towards other users.
	Blogs allow people to write online diaries that they can share between people to show some achievements that writer get or speak about short story of his life. Blogs can be also used to teach people some certain skills that allow them to be better in certain work.	Some could say that Blogs are a slow way of communication but the way blogs work is like a newspaper. Blogs are written then published into the internet forever and users can interact with the blog by leaving comments and sharing their thoughts. It's like an online interactive newspaper. But using a blog can be a bit slow, sometimes people with the information won't bother to write blogs and some blog users tend to put meaningless data that's only there to waste people's time.
	Anyone can vlog and talk about their experience in the internet. With the internet, you can get a lot of followers that will be interested in your day to day activity. Through online vlogging, if you have a message for them, you can make a video and tell them about it. Vlogging is a good way to speak your mind with your audience. Skype is a good way of communication because not only it provides an almost social experience but it's also used by big companies to interview new employees.
	Face to face communication is really helpful because speaking to other person we can share important information about everything. Since you’re talking to them in person, it’s much more interactive and easy to get your point across.	Face to face communication is pretty much the fastest and easiest way of communication. Most people prefer talking to other people face to face because it has the social element to it and you can get your point across much easily. But face to face talking isn't the best way of communication, if you and your friend were in different parts of the country, you can talk much faster to him by texting him or calling him. While face to face communication is easy and much more comfortable, there are faster ways then it. Some people might not agree though, some people are not confident and are very shy when they want to speak with others.
